The tanzanite weighs 1.61 carats, measures 6.9 mm wide by 6.9 mm long, and is 4 prong set. In addition, there are two 4 prong set round brilliant cut tanzanites, blue violet vivid color, VS1 clarity, measuring 5.3 mm wide by 5.3 mm long with a total weight of 1.46 carats. The ring also has twelve prong set round brilliant cut diamonds, F-G color, VS2-SI1 clarity, with a total weight of .16 carat. The accent stones weigh a total of 1.62 carats.
